 My goal is to help you stay motivated so my question for you is…
How can I help YOU?

And just as a reminder, I am one of you. I need accountable partners to cheer me on as well (i.e. YOU!) and that’s one of the reasons this platform was created. Personally I do best with a schedule – planning my week in advance so I can guarantee I’m giving myself the time I need. Because when I do, I feel good! And I want you to feel the same way.

We all know what it feels like when we come back from a hiatus, even a vacation, and we feel off track having a hard time getting back into it. Or when we’re simply unmotivated. I don’t want you to even get to that point. I’m here to remind you to just be consistent. Don’t stop. Keep moving. I want to help you make movement a part of your lifestyle. We have one body that holds everything together so the least we can do is make the most of what that body can do (and it can do amazing things)!

I’m here to get your heart rate up while smiling and having fun that you forget about everything else that is going on. This is YOUR distraction from life. A distraction that makes YOU feel good. So let’s get to it!
